You don’t have to create a story or manufacture a moment. Your wedding doesn’t need to become content, and you don’t have to chase perfect angles. Your story is already unfolding and it’s already beautiful. Real moments don’t need direction. They need attention. That’s my role: to see you clearly, to understand the weight of this day, and to document it with intention so that years from now, you don’t just remember how it looked, you remember how it felt.
You can be fully present. I’ll handle the responsibility of remembering.
challenges you might be feeling:
You don’t know how to pose.
You feel stiff in front of a camera.
You’re worried about looking uncomfortable or unnatural.
Photography isn’t a small decision.
You want to know it’s handled with care.
You want to trust the person responsible for preserving it.
Not just the ceremony.
But the quiet ones.
The glances.
The way your people look at you.
Every couple I work with carries the same worries. And honestly, I understand. No one naturally knows how to act in front of a camera, and there’s no reason you should. That’s not your responsibility on a day like this.
I’m there for that. I’m watching the moments you don’t even realize are happening. The way you reach for each other, the way your parents look at you, the breath you take before you walk down the aisle. There isn’t a single moment that feels insignificant to me. Each one carries weight. Each one tells part of your story.
This day deserves your presence not your distraction. I approach it that way, so you can be fully there while everything meaningful unfolds.
“My husband and I couldn't have imagined a wedding day without Holden. He is worth every penny!”
— Alyssa Robson
I take on a limited number of weddings each year so each one receives my full attention.
This work carries weight, and I treat it that way.
If that matters to you and you want to trust the person documenting it. We should talk.

MY
APPROACH
I believe a wedding day is the soil of a marriage in its purest form, before the years shape it, before hardship, before life adds its layers. It’s where it all begins. That’s why I don’t approach it like an event to be covered. It’s a real moment in your life that can’t be rerun. It becomes something you look back on for reassurance when the years stretch and change.
I’m here to pay attention and document the story. My role is to see it clearly and beautifully and show it in a way that’s honest and creative. These images will one day remind you just how beautiful you are and how real and special your marriage truly is.
This isn’t just an event. It’s the beginning of a marriage.
(Frequently Asked Q's)
Almost every couple tells me they feel awkward. You’re not crazy. I have a few simple approaches that tend to change that perspective. This will be the least of your worries.
We’ll walk through that together. During our planning call, I’ll break down the minimum coverage, full-day coverage, and everything in between and explain what each option realistically captures. The retainer is the same across collections, so you don’t need to decide on final hours until we’ve shaped the timeline. I’ll help guide that process.
The quiet moments matter just as much as the obvious ones. My approach is built around paying attention, not just to what’s happening. For larger weddings or multi-location days, a second photographer can be added to ensure nothing meaningful is overlooked.
