Your full gallery arrives within six to eight weeks of your wedding. A sneak peek of 20 to 30 images lands in your inbox within the first week so you have something to share right away. The Full Story collection gets priority editing with delivery in four weeks.
How long until we receive our photos?
Yes. I am based in Harrisonburg, Virginia and photograph weddings across Virginia, the Blue Ridge, Richmond, and beyond. Destination weddings are welcome. Travel within 75 miles of Charlottesville is included in your collection. Anything beyond is quoted at booking.
Do you travel?
Most couples book six to twelve months ahead, especially for peak season weddings in May through October. I take a small number of weddings each year so spots fill early. Even if your date feels far away, reach out. I would rather you have the photographer you want than settle for who is available.
How far in advance should we book?
My whole approach is built around paying attention, not just to what's happening but to what's about to happen. For larger weddings or days that move across more than one venue, I will often suggest a second photographer so nothing meaningful is overlooked. We talk about this on our planning call.
What if you miss an important moment?
Coverage is paced to your wedding day, not to a clock. Each collection is built around the moments it covers, from getting ready through speeches or through the full day. There are no extra hour fees if your toasts run long. We walk through your timeline together so you know exactly what your collection captures.
How long is coverage?
Almost every couple tells me this. You're not crazy and it won't be your problem on the day. I have a few simple approaches that change the perspective entirely. By the time we've spent five minutes together, the camera stops being something you have to perform for.
